Lemon Pepper Salmon

Ingredients

Salmon fillets or steaks
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
pepper

Directions

1. Combine lemon juice and olive oil.
2. drizzle over salmon.
3. Pepper to taste.
4. Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 8 minutes depending on your stove)
