Ricotta & Chive Mashed Potatoes


4 Lg potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
1/2 cup skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 chives


1. Boil potatoes until tender
2. In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ricotta, sourcream and chives.
3. Mash potatoes until fluffy.
